The essentials
We calculate the price after the brief. It depends on format, guest count, lead time and scope. We can work for a fixed fee, a percentage of the approved budget or a combined model — terms are agreed before we start.
Idea and concept, budget, venue, vendors, timing, team, communication and event-day coordination. The exact scope is shaped around the task and project budget.
Yes. We join a prepared project, check the plan and run of show, assign responsibilities and take over venue management on event day.
The earlier, the better the choice of venues and vendors. Allow at least a few weeks for a small event and several months for a large project. Urgent requests are considered separately.
Yes. Work begins after the scope and terms are agreed and the deposit is paid. The remaining payment schedule depends on project stages and vendor terms.
Yes. We integrate your trusted specialists into the shared plan, define each party's responsibilities early and establish one communication flow.
Our core market is all of Moldova. For events outside the city, logistics, accommodation where needed and the on-site team are calculated separately.
Yes. We work with private parties, intimate events and other B2C formats when we can guarantee the required quality and clear organisation.
We prepare backup scenarios for key risks before the event. On site, one responsible person gathers information, makes a decision and coordinates the team quickly.
We separate the project into clear categories: venue, production, styling, programme, staff, logistics, contingency and our team's work. Before approval, we show what is essential, what can be substituted and where optimisation is possible.
Yes. A comfortable range or a list of priorities is enough. We prepare preliminary scenarios at different scales, then build the exact estimate after the format and scope are chosen.
There is no universal minimum; it depends on the goal and expectations. We first check whether the desired result is realistic within the available range and say clearly when the scale or solution set needs to change.
We agree the model before the project starts. Some contracts may be signed directly by the client and others by the organiser under the approved setup. The proposal records payments, documents and each party's responsibility in advance.
We assess fit for the task, date availability, quality of previous work, terms, discipline and communication. For key positions, we aim to present comparable options, while the final choice is approved with the client.
Yes, when the boundaries and deliverable are agreed in advance, such as a concept, programme structure, budget review or planning consultation. This is priced separately and does not automatically include event coordination.
Yes. We begin with a short audit of what is confirmed, which agreements exist and where risks remain. We then propose a specific area of responsibility, onboarding timeline and information handover plan.
The appointed coordinator manages one working run of show and stays connected with the venue, vendors and client representatives. The team knows the control points and decision order before the event begins.
Yes. We clarify technical capacity, access rules, logistics, noise and timing limits, and the venue's responsibilities. If a technical site visit is needed, we include it in the work plan.
Yes, but every significant change is checked against three factors: budget, timing and the impact on confirmed vendors. New terms are approved before the team starts additional work.
We follow the agreed terms and the policies of the vendors involved. We check which payments can be transferred, which costs have already been incurred and what a new date requires, then provide a transparent recalculation.
Five details are enough: the event goal, city, preferred date or period, approximate guest count and budget range. References, a programme and a vendor list are useful but not required for the first conversation.
We close the agreed settlements and documents, collect the final project information and record feedback. The exact set of final materials depends on the scope and is stated in the proposal.
Before the event, we define key risks, responsible contacts and the escalation order. Venue rules and qualified specialists take priority, and safety decisions are never replaced by organiser improvisation.
Send the date, city, format, approximate guest count and budget range. We will have a short conversation, clarify the task and propose the next step.
Quick start
That is enough for the first conversation. We will unpack the details together and turn them into a clear task.
