The Xspace Events volunteer project provides real event experience, develops responsibility and creates a path towards coordination or a permanent team role.
Not background staff
We do not treat volunteers as free labour. Every person receives a clear task, a responsible lead, briefing, feedback and an opportunity to grow within the project.
People are the main value without which no success is possible.
Growth path
An introduction to the processes, team and fundamental event standards.
More independence, complex zones and support for new participants.
Leading a small group, assigning tasks and controlling the team area.
Coordinating several teams and supporting team leads on site.
Responsibility for a major event block, people, timing and decisions.
A transition stage for people ready to take regular Xspace Events tasks.
A defined team position and a role in developing the company.
How it works
The separate portal contains detailed information, rules and current opportunities.
Applications are reviewed manually. A response usually takes up to 48 hours.
You receive your role, tasks, call time, responsible contacts and safety rules.
Experience, strengths and growth areas are recorded after the event. Initiative can accelerate progress.
Core principles
If someone declines early and does not let organizers down, their rating is not affected.
An evaluation changes when actions genuinely help the team or create a real event problem.
Progress is not based only on event count. Initiative, leadership and learning matter.
